YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
We have the right to decline the sale of a rabbit to anyone, at any time, at our discretion.
*We do not ship. However, we will transport to a show we are attending, free of charge.
*When picking up your rabbit please bring a carrier or box to put him/her in for your trip home. Rabbits do not transport well while being held. A carrier or box gives them a secure feeling while in a vehicle. Also, please be aware, visitors are kept to a minimum in the rabbitry and small children are not allowed inside the room when new litters are in the nest due to excessive noise/visitors disturbing the moms. However, we do advise you to bring your small child to meet your new bunny. We will make sure they interact outside the rabbitry to assure compatibility. This prevents excessive noise/disturbance to our brood does and new litters.
*All Rabbit's sold will come with pedigree, unless sold as a pet, and a small baggy of food. For any rabbit's sold as pets no pedigree will be given. No exceptions.
*We have first pick of any/all litters born here. Rabbitries we deal with have second choice, then the waiting list.
*You may opt to add your name to a specific waiting list via the contact us link on our website or by emailing us @ mtshollands@hotmail.com.
*We do not except Deposit/payment for a Baby Rabbit before the age of 4 weeks. Some Holland lops are hard to raise as they carry a dwarf gene. This is why we don't take payment early.We also may opt to hold a youngster to give it time to grow out. There is no exception to this as we evaluate them to see how they grow out. Some lines are very slow to develop and therefore we give them the time they need to do so.
*Our Hollands leave here, to the best of our knowledge, healthy and happy. Due to the slow growth pattern of dwarf breeds, at times, a rabbit may not present it's true gender until 3-4 months of age. We do our best to make sure your new little one is the gender you want and sex the rabbit prior to you leaving. However, we do not guarantee that as it matures it will not prove to be the opposite sex then when you picked it up.
*We will recommend on request, a local Veterinarian that specializes in rabbits.
*Any veterinary fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
*A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold a rabbit greater then 1 week. We accept cash, money order. We also now accept PAYPAL at the email: mtshollands@hotmail.com and require that you include the Pay Pal fee in your total. I will send an email invoice upon request which will include the applicable fees. Checks will not be accepted under any circumstance, no exceptions. The rest is due upon pick up/delivery in cash.
*We will hold a Rabbit(s) with a deposit for a time frame set up individually, however, special arrangements are required if greater then 1 week. If the rabbit(s) are not picked up and arrangements are not made for another pick up date, the rabbit(s) will be placed back up for sale and no refund will be given.
*We do not under any circumstance promote giving Rabbits as Gifts, especially to young children.
*A rabbit sold as show quality is not guaranteed to win on the table.
*Rabbits sold as brood or produced/sired a litter are not guaranteed to produce again. We do not know how they will react to a new environment.
*We reserve the right to cancel a sale at any time. If the sale is canceled by MTS Hollands, any deposit will be returned in full to the buyer. If, however, the sale is canceled by the buyer any deposit will be retained by MTS Hollands.
*Our Rabbit's are always welcome home! If for any reason you cannot keep your rabbit purchased from us or can not find a suitable home, we will take him/her back. However we will not refund any money. We will find him/her a new home.
